Therapy with Teens

Do you know a teenagers who seem to be lost? They are making choices that go against everything they have learned growing up. Insecurity might seep from their pours and you just want them to know how amazing they are. Maybe they seem to have completely changed all of a sudden. They can be seriously moody, angry all of the time and (though they deny it) completely addicted to their iPhone.

Disconnected Brains

Preteens and teens need help connecting all of the good parts of them that are disconnected inside their mind and heart. They need help identifying weaknesses and triggers for dangerous behavior. They need to know that happiness is possible and worth pursuing, but it takes effort over time.

There is Hope For Your Kid

I have every hope that this teenager you love can make it through! They will make it through because of people like YOU who see their potential and offer them grace as they figure out how to "arrive". You can help them implement wisdom. Together we can help them align their choices with what they know is right.

Let's Team Up

I want to help you help them along. You can read more about my story on my blog post - Maybe You Don’t Know Me… Hi - and there is tons of good info you can start implementing right away.
