Struggling with a positive self image, feeling alone, have a history of being bullied or finding their place in school, you and your teen are in the right place. Teenagers that are angry, hurting and have closed themselves off from the family need someone to confide in. My specialty is working with creative teenagers, joining with them and helping them build their understanding of themselves and their purpose. I dive deep with both teens who tend to be difficult to reach and teenagers who are asking for therapy. If you are of the Christian faith, incredible coping skills can be discussed and practiced if you would like.
Half of the magic of therapy is finding a therapist that you think is a good fit. You are already on the right track if you have made your way to this page. My expertise and joy is working with creative, gifted teenagers and their families. You have found a place for expression, organizing thoughts and making changes to improve life for yourself and those you love. Despite faith base, I am in the business of healing through honesty and hard work.
